Each item is boxed indivdually for each person.

Boxed Breakfasts

Served with your choice of beverage.

Breakfast Burritos:

Choice of meat (bacon, ham, sausage, chorizo, soy-rizo, or veggies.)

All burritos include egg, cheese, potato, onion, roasted pepper, and tomato

Breakfast Sandwiches:

Choice of meat (bacon, sausage, chorizo, ham, carne asada, or veggies.)

All sandwiches include egg over-hard, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and lime aioli.

Served with a bag of chips and beverage.

Minimize your workload and add TJs-approved servers and bartenders to your catering package!

Servers

Our servers take care of all of your guests needs throughout the entire meal.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing tables with special attention to sanitation and organization

Providing attentive wait service to all of your guests

Serving guests at the buffet OR delivering individual plates & beverages

Address any complaints or concerns with a positive attitude

Cleaning the service station/kitchen and in the dining area

Bartenders

Our bartenders have extensive knowledge of common drinks and provide live beverage services for all of your guests!

Responsibilities include:

Mix traditional and creative cocktails

Clean glasses and bar utensils

Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences

Built rapport with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
